At Sparq IT Services, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we hold, how it is used, and exactly how you can request its permanent deletion from all of our systems.

1. Your Rights Under Data Privacy Laws
You have the right to request the deletion of personal data we hold about you at any time. This right is recognised under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (India), as well as widely accepted global privacy principles including the GDPR.
We are committed to honouring these rights transparently and promptly.

3. How to Request Data Deletion
Follow these steps to submit a deletion request. There is no special form to fill — a plain email is sufficient.

Email us at info@sparqitservices.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
02.Provide Identification
Include your registered phone number and/or email address so we can locate your records.
03.We Process Within 3–5 Business Days
Our team reviews your request, removes all associated data from our systems, and confirms completion.
04.Confirmation Sent
You receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
4. What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your deletion request, we will:
- Verify your identity using the phone number or email you provide.
- Locate all records associated with your contact information across our systems — including Firestore lead records, WhatsApp message logs, email interaction history, and scheduled follow-up messages.
- Permanently delete all identified records within 3–5 business days.
- Send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
5. Data Retention Exceptions
In limited cases, we may be legally required to retain certain records for a defined period even after a deletion request. These include:
- Records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes.
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to any individual.
We will always inform you if any portion of your data cannot be deleted and the reason why.
6. Third-Party Data
We use the following third-party services as part of our operations. Where your data has been shared with these services, we will make a best-effort request for deletion on your behalf:
- Resend — email delivery service (transactional emails only)
- Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API — WhatsApp message dispatch
- Google Firebase / Firestore — primary database
- Upstash Redis — short-lived rate limiting records (auto-expire)
