Yes, it's included in Seller Launch. Udyam registration is free on the government's official portal, udyamregistration.gov.in. Our fee covers the help with the application, not the registration itself.
We offer trademark application assistance: checking your brand name, choosing the right class and preparing the application with you. The application is filed by you as the owner or through a registered trademark agent or advocate. There is a government filing fee per class, separate from our fee. The Trade Marks Registry examines every application, which can take months and may bring objections, so registration isn't guaranteed. Trademark help isn't part of the packages; we quote it separately.
No. Marketplaces approve seller accounts, government departments issue registrations, and sales depend on your product, price and demand. Nobody can honestly guarantee those. What we do is make sure your applications are complete, your listings are set up properly and you know how to run your account.
Not as part of the packages. After setup you can run it yourself, add Team Training (₹2,999) so your team can run it confidently, or ask us about a custom monthly management plan, which we scope once we understand your catalogue and order volume.
