- You publish content constantly and want a familiar, non-technical editor (a large blog or news site).
- Your budget is very tight and you need the lowest possible upfront cost, accepting the trade-offs.
- You need a specific plugin ecosystem (certain membership, forum, or niche tools) that already exists for WordPress.
If you are a content-first business with a small budget and a writer updating the site daily, WordPress is a reasonable, pragmatic choice. There is no shame in that.
