Introduction

Mirah Belle is one of India's established hotel amenities manufacturers — 12+ years in business, ISO 9001:2015 certified, three manufacturing units, and over 500 hotels and resorts as active clients. Their D2C brand, mirahbelle.com, runs on Magento 2 and handles their direct-to-consumer ecommerce.

But here's the thing — their real revenue comes from bulk B2B orders. Hotels, resorts, hospitals buying thousands of units at a time. And for that market, their existing Magento store was doing more harm than good.

The site was slow. The layout was cluttered. Popups were misfiring on mobile. There was no proper lead capture form, no conversion tracking, and no way for the sales team to see which inquiries were coming from where. It was a D2C storefront being forced into a B2B role — and it wasn't working.

The team at Mirah Belle made a smart call: instead of patching the existing store, they decided to launch a completely separate domainmirahbellehospitality.com — built from scratch, purpose-designed for their B2B hospitality market. They brought Sparq IT Services in to make it happen fast.

The Challenge

The existing setup had real problems that were costing them business:

  • Magento 2 was painfully slow. Page loads were hitting 8+ seconds. Hotel procurement managers don't wait around — they bounce and go to the next supplier on Google.
  • Mobile experience was broken. Popups weren't rendering correctly on phones and tablets. The layout wasn't truly responsive — elements overlapped, CTAs were buried, and the quote request flow was awkward on smaller screens.
  • Zero lead tracking. No Google Analytics event tracking, no Meta Pixel, no conversion data. They were running ads with no idea which clicks were actually turning into inquiries that matter.
  • No proper B2B landing page. The Magento store was built for individual consumers browsing products. B2B buyers need bulk pricing, MOQ info, trust signals (ISO certifications, client logos, manufacturing capacity), and a fast way to request a custom quote.
  • Messy layout and navigation. Product pages were cluttered. There was no clear user journey from "I'm looking for a hotel amenities supplier" to "Let me get a bulk quote." The information architecture wasn't designed for procurement decision-makers.
  • Sales team working blind. Inquiries came through scattered channels — emails, random WhatsApp messages, phone calls. No centralized system, no lead status tracking, no follow-up automation.

They needed a clean break. A new domain, purpose-built for B2B, with everything the old site was missing. And they needed it live within a week because ad campaigns were already being planned.

The Solution

We didn't try to fix Magento. We built something new, from the ground up, designed specifically for what they actually needed — a B2B lead generation machine for the hospitality market.

Design Approach

We studied how hotel procurement managers actually evaluate suppliers online. The old Magento store looked like a consumer ecommerce shop. The new site needed to look like a serious manufacturing partner.

The design was built around three priorities:

  1. Trust signals everywhere — ISO certification badges, "500+ Active Clients" counter, "10M+ Products Delivered" stats, client logo strip, and a side-by-side comparison table (Mirah Belle vs. Generic Local Suppliers) — all above the fold or within the first scroll.
  2. Lead capture at every touchpoint — Sticky bulk quote form in the footer, floating WhatsApp button with pre-filled B2B message, free sample kit request CTA, and strategically placed popups that actually work on mobile.
  3. Product catalog built for B2B — Clean category pages (Regular, Premium, Accessories, Cleaning Products) with individual product cards showing MOQs, short descriptions, and direct inquiry buttons. No cart, no checkout — just "Get Bulk Quote."

The visual language is clean, dark, and premium — exactly what a 5-star hotel purchasing team expects from a manufacturer they'll trust with a ₹5L+ annual order.

Development Stack

We chose Vite + React for the frontend — blazing fast build times and near-instant page loads compared to the Magento behemoth they were coming from. For a marketing-focused B2B site that needed to launch in days, this was the right architecture.

Supabase handles the backend — authentication for the admin panel, PostgreSQL database for leads and inquiry data, and real-time subscriptions so the dashboard updates the instant a new quote request comes in.

Resend API powers all transactional emails — instant lead notifications to the sales team and confirmation emails to prospects. No delays, no missed inquiries.

The entire codebase lives on GitHub, deployed to Vercel with environment variables securely configured (Supabase URL, Resend API key, auth credentials — all server-side only, never exposed to the client). Domain registered and managed through GoDaddy.

Lead Capture System

This is where the new site is fundamentally different from the old Magento store. We built multiple conversion paths:

  • Bulk Quote Form — The primary conversion tool. Captures name, email, phone, business type, order quantity, and specific requirements. Designed to qualify leads before they reach the sales team.
  • Free Sample Kit CTA — A lower-commitment entry point. Hotel managers can request physical product samples before committing to bulk orders — gives the sales team a warm lead with verified interest.
  • WhatsApp Integration — Floating button with pre-filled B2B message text. One tap and the prospect is in a direct conversation. This alone outperforms the old contact form.
  • Strategic Popups — Built properly this time. Responsive, mobile-tested, triggered at the right scroll depth. Not the broken Magento popups that were annoying visitors on phones.

Every form submission writes to Supabase in real-time and triggers an email notification through Resend. No lead falls through the cracks.

Admin Dashboard

The old workflow was chaos — leads scattered across email, WhatsApp, and phone call logs. We built a clean admin panel where the Mirah Belle team can:

  • View all incoming leads with timestamps and source tracking
  • Filter by business type, order quantity, and date range
  • Update lead status (new, contacted, qualified, converted)
  • See which marketing channel each lead came from

No bloated third-party CRM. Just a purpose-built tool that does exactly what their sales team needs.

SEO — Built for the Long Run

This wasn't just a pretty website — it was built to rank. The old Magento store had no SEO strategy. The new site was engineered from day one with:

  • Technical SEO foundation — Clean URL structure, proper canonical tags, XML sitemap, robots.txt, optimized meta titles and descriptions for every page
  • Schema markup — Organization schema, Product schema on catalog pages, LocalBusiness schema, FAQ schema on the homepage — giving Google rich context about what the business is and what it sells
  • Page speed optimization — Sub-2s load times (down from 8s+ on Magento). Core Web Vitals passing across the board. Fast sites rank higher — period.
  • Keyword-targeted content — Every page targets specific search intent: "hotel amenities manufacturer India," "bulk hotel toiletries supplier," "custom branded hotel amenities" — the exact phrases procurement managers type into Google
  • Mobile-first indexing ready — Fully responsive, properly structured, no layout shifts. Google indexes the mobile version first — this site passes every check.
  • Internal linking architecture — Product categories link to individual products, service pages cross-link to the catalog, CTAs link to the quote form — clean crawl paths for search engines

This SEO foundation means the site will compound in value over time. Organic traffic will grow month over month without additional ad spend.

Execution Timeline

Days 1–3: Design + Build

  • Audited the old Magento site — documented every UX issue, broken popup, slow page, missing tracking
  • Designed the complete B2B site architecture and user flow
  • Built all frontend pages: homepage, 4 product category pages, 40+ individual product pages, about, contact, custom branding landing page
  • Integrated Supabase backend — auth, database schema, real-time lead queries
  • Built the admin dashboard with lead management
  • Implemented all lead capture forms, WhatsApp integration, and email triggers via Resend
  • Set up SEO: schema markup, meta tags, sitemap, canonical URLs

Days 4–5: Deploy + Launch + Ads

  • Deployed to Vercel, configured mirahbellehospitality.com domain via GoDaddy
  • Set up environment variables and security headers
  • Installed and configured Google Tag Manager container
  • Set up GA4 property with custom event tracking (form submissions, WhatsApp clicks, scroll depth, CTA interactions)
  • Configured Meta Pixel with matching conversion events
  • Built initial Facebook Ads campaigns targeting hospitality procurement keywords
  • Set up Google Ads campaigns with conversion tracking feeding back to GA4
  • Full QA across devices — desktop, tablet, mobile — every popup, every form, every link
  • Handed over admin credentials, ran the team through a live walkthrough

Five days. From a broken Magento store to a purpose-built B2B lead generation platform — live, tracked, and running ads.

Marketing & Tracking Setup

The old site had zero tracking. Not a single conversion event configured. The new site was built with measurement at the core.

Google Tag Manager (GTM) runs the show. All tracking flows through GTM — clean codebase, easy to modify tags without touching code, and a single container managing everything.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracks the full user journey — page views, scroll depth, form interactions, WhatsApp button clicks, quote form submissions, and sample kit requests. Custom events fire on every meaningful action so the team knows exactly what visitors are doing.

Meta Pixel mirrors the same event structure for Facebook Ads optimization. When someone submits a bulk quote form, both GA4 and Meta Pixel record the conversion — giving both ad platforms clean data to optimize delivery and lower cost-per-lead.

Conversion tracking ties ad clicks to actual form submissions. For the first time, the Mirah Belle team can see which campaigns, ad sets, and creatives are generating real inquiries — not just clicks.

This is the tracking infrastructure that was completely missing on the Magento store. Now every rupee of ad spend is measurable.

Results

Here's what changed after moving from the old Magento store to the new B2B platform:

  • Page load: 8s+ → under 2s — Vite + React on Vercel's edge network vs. Magento's heavy PHP stack. Night and day difference.
  • Website built and live in 3 days — 50+ page product catalog with working lead capture, responsive design, and proper popups that actually function on mobile.
  • Lead capture system operational from day one — Bulk quote forms, WhatsApp integration, sample kit requests all flowing into the admin dashboard with real-time email alerts.
  • Full tracking infrastructure from launch day — GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel all firing correctly. Ad campaigns have clean conversion data from the first click.
  • SEO foundation for long-term growth — Schema markup, optimized meta tags, fast load times, mobile-first design, and keyword-targeted content. The site is built to compound organic traffic over time.
  • Scalable backend — Supabase handles the current load and can grow 10x without architecture changes. No Magento hosting headaches.
  • Mobile UX that actually works — Every popup, form, and CTA tested and functioning on phones and tablets. No more overlapping elements or broken modals.

The site is live at mirahbellehospitality.com and ranks for hospitality procurement keywords — replacing what used to be zero digital presence in the B2B space.
