The credentials were world-class. The digital presence was nonexistent.

Conversion System
This is where the site stops being a brochure and starts being a lead engine.
WhatsApp-First Funnel: The primary conversion path is WhatsApp — a floating WhatsApp button is present on every page, and every service card, pricing plan, and CTA links directly to WhatsApp with pre-filled context messages. This is intentional. In the Indian market, WhatsApp converts 3-5x better than traditional contact forms for local services. A parent can tap one button and be in a direct conversation within seconds.
Click-to-Call Integration: A prominent "Call Now" button in the hero and sticky navigation. Every call click is tracked as a conversion event — critical for measuring which pages and which traffic sources actually drive phone calls.
Lead Capture Form: A structured contact form captures name, phone, email, service interest, and message. Every submission writes to the database and triggers instant email notifications. No lead sits unattended.
Sticky CTA on Mobile: On mobile devices, a persistent bottom CTA bar ensures the WhatsApp and call actions are always one tap away, regardless of scroll position.
Tracking System
This is the section most agencies skip entirely — and it's the one that determines whether your ad spend makes money or gets wasted.
Google Tag Manager (GTM) is the foundation. All tracking is managed through a single GTM container — clean code, easy to modify, no hardcoded scripts scattered across the codebase.
Call Click Tracking: Every time a user taps/clicks the phone number or "Call Now" button, a custom event fires through GTM into GA4. This tells you exactly how many calls your website generated — and which pages, traffic sources, and campaigns drove them.
WhatsApp Click Tracking: Same approach. Every WhatsApp CTA click fires a tracked event. Since WhatsApp is the primary conversion path, this data is essential. You can now see: "Facebook Ads Campaign X generated 47 WhatsApp clicks this week at ₹12 per click." That's actionable data.
Form Submission Tracking: When a visitor submits the contact form, a conversion event fires in both GA4 and Meta Pixel. This closes the loop — you know exactly which ad, which keyword, which audience drove that lead.
